@samuelmolero:

you need to remove few lines of code form the gallery action layer [ from line 6 - 10 ] where it says:

Stage.align = "TL";
Stage.showMenu = false;
Stage.scaleMode = "noscale";

delete this code and republish the swf to use it in your project.
